1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Soon.video you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Soon.video lets you record or upload short video messages, seal them as time capsules with a future unlock date, and deliver them to yourself or others via email. We provide the platform; the content you create is yours.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to register.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains malware or any form of malicious code.
  • Violates the privacy of others without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

5. Sealed Capsules

Once a capsule is sealed, it cannot be edited, opened early, or deleted until the unlock date. This is by design. Please review your capsule carefully before sealing.

6. Free & Paid Plans

Soon.video offers a free tier with usage limits and optional paid plans with additional features. Plan details and pricing are displayed in the app. We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Soon.video is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform. We make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or data durability.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
